Semi-Personal Training

Semi-personal training bridges the gap between a general gym membership and one-on-one personal training. It reaps many of the same benefits as personal training such as program customization, accountability and being under the professional instruction of a trainer. This training style offers a unique experience in sharing your session with other members, while not losing the personalization of your training regimen. Semi-personal members are able to schedule as many sessions as they’d like within hours of operation.

Month-to-Month: $359/Month

6 Month Committal Paid-in-Full: $1,625

Online Training

Online training is a great option for those who want their fitness programs custom built for them, but choose to workout else where. This training method offers weekly accountability through tech support, whether it be text messages, phone calls, zoom or email. If you are interested in online-training, please email us and we will go from there. 

2 Days a Week: $99/Month

3 Days a Week: $109/Month

4 Days a Week: $119/Month
